Founded in 1994, our company is a specialized manufacturer integrating R&D, production, sales and service of forged flanges. Our headquarters is located in Wenzhou Binhai Industrial Zone, covering an area of over 30 mu for machining and sales operations. The forging branch is situated in Wenzhou Longwan High‑Tech Park, occupying 42 mu, which is mainly used for producing stainless‑steel forging blanks. We maintain large‑volume flange stock and accept orders for flanges and forgings of various sizes, including large‑&‑small‑bore, high‑difficulty and high‑precision products. Equipped with complete processing facilities, we own CNC vertical lathe with 5‑meter machining diameter, 6 m × 6 m machining center, CNC machine tools and heavy‑duty forging equipment. Meanwhile, we are furnished with quality‑testing instruments for metal chemical analysis, material spectrometry, metallographic analysis, mechanical‑property test and non‑destructive testing. Our annual production capacity reaches 50 000 tons of flanges and pressure‑vessel forgings. We hold independent import‑export rights, Grade‑A manufacturing license for pressure‑pipeline components for special‑equipment issued by Chinese authority, PED certification for EU pressure‑bearing equipment, CCS certification from China Classification Society, and we are an authorized supplier of Sinopec network.
